Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout the United States. Free shipping is included on every order, with no minimum purchase required.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after being placed. After dispatch, transit takes around 4 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday). Total delivery time is 6 to 12 business days.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Charleston, SC.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every order across the United States. No minimum purchase, no hidden fees at checkout.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. To track your order, visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order number or email address.

What if my package is lost or damaged?
Please contact us right away at info@mirellecole.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a solution as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Send us an email at info@mirellecole.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original order and place a new one once the return is accepted.

Are sale items returnable?
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

How do I care for my products?
Care instructions vary per product and are listed on each product page. When in doubt, handle with care and avoid harsh cleaning methods to preserve the quality and finish of your piece.

Do you restock items?
Yes, we restock our collection regularly. If an item is out of stock, send us an email and we will let you know when it is back.

Are your products handmade?
Many of the pieces in our collection are crafted by hand or pass through skilled hands at multiple stages of production. We work with makers who take pride in their craft, and that care shows in the finished product.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our website uses 128-bit SSL encryption to protect your information, and we are PCI compliant. We never have access to your full card number, only the last 4 digits, your billing details, and your order information.

In what currency are prices listed?
All prices on our website are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable US state laws.

Where is Mirelle & Cole based?
Mirelle & Cole is a brand owned by YBusiness, registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 95819398). Our fulfillment warehouse is in Charleston, SC, and all orders to the United States are shipped from there.

Do you have a physical store?
No, Mirelle & Cole is an online-only brand at the moment. This allows us to keep our prices fair and focus entirely on the quality of our products.

Will you add new products?
